Birthday Protein Pancakes

I made this yummy breakfast the other week for my roommates birthday. Pancakes are one of my favourite things to eat, in the morning, evening or really any time, and theyโ€™re so easy to make. Usually I make the ever popular 1 banana – 2 egg pancakes and add a handful of spinach (gotta get those greens!) but this was a special occasion and I love Cellucor Protein!

Apple Pie for One

I am a true baker at heart so when I see a scrumptious recipe for one I jump for joy inside! I love to bake cookies, cakes, squares, cupcakes, muffins, anything but that has come to a stop while I am on the HELP nutrition guide. Unless its a birthday or special occasion and I can bake for a lot of people of course. Anyway, I adapted this recipe from the Fit Girl Code blog.
